remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shutter Speak.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, uploaded to file-sharing services, sold, modified, or publicly displayed without prior written permission.
Personal use of course materials is permitted solely for educational purposes.
All Shutter Speak Academy Masterclasses are digital educational products delivered immediately upon purchase.
Due to the instant access provided to course materials, videos, downloadable resources, and guides, all Masterclass purchases are final and non-refundable.

Memberships and recurring subscriptions may be canceled at any time.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund for previous payments or partial billing periods.
No prorated refunds or credits will be issued.
Courses advertised as including Lifetime Access provide access for as long as Shutter Speak Academy continues to operate and host the course materials.
Shutter Speak reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue courses and content at its sole discretion.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify students of significant changes.
Shutter Speak Academy provides educational content related to photography and imaging.
Participation in any course does not guarantee:
Improved artistic ability
Professional certification
Employment opportunities
Financial gain
Business success
Student results vary based on individual effort, practice, equipment, and experience.
Students participating in discussion forums, lounges, chats, or community spaces agree to interact respectfully with others.
The following activities are prohibited:
Harassment or bullying
Hate speech
Abusive or threatening language
Spam
Unauthorized advertising
Solicitation of members
Sharing copyrighted material without permission
Posting unlawful or offensive content
Shutter Speak reserves the right to remove content or revoke community privileges without refund if these guidelines are violated.
Shutter Speak Academy may operate affiliate programs and may compensate students, partners, or third parties for qualifying referrals.
Affiliate participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and disclosure requirements.
Courses may reference products, software, websites, or services provided by third parties.
Shutter Speak Academy makes no warranties regarding the availability, performance, or suitability of third-party products and is not responsible for any issues arising from their use.
Shutter Speak Academy and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in any course or use of any educational materials.
The maximum liability of Shutter Speak Academy for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for that product or service.
Shutter Speak Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the Academy website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Academy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
